Dobrosphera and Climate Entertainment collaboratively developed a Sri Lankan climate movie plot centered on youth-led storytelling and environmental transformation. Set across diverse Sri Lankan landscapes—coastal, urban, and rural—the narrative follows young activists uncovering the tangible impacts of climate change on biodiversity, agriculture, and coastal communities. Drawing on personal stories, the film explores coping strategies like regenerative farming, circular design, and indigenous knowledge. Guided by Gokul Rajendran’s emphasis on emotionally powerful storytelling, the project weaves science-based environmental issues with local cultural context. Together we shaped a plot that celebrates resilience, uplifts community voices, and invites global audiences into Sri Lanka’s climate journey.
