Women Entrepreneurship EXPO 2023

The Women’s Entrepreneurship EXPO has rapidly become a pivotal platform for fostering collaboration, innovation, and economic growth among women entrepreneurs. This visionary endeavor, designed to create a space for women entrepreneurs, investors, and private sector representatives to network, learn, and grow together, is now preparing for their third event in 2023.

Taking place on 16–17 November, EXPO 2023 brought together women entrepreneurs, investors and business partners from across Europe and Central Asia region for the biggest networking event for women-led businesses in the region.

Based on the results of the first round, 17 out of 60 participants from Kyrgyzstan were selected for the final pitching and training in the online business accelerator at the UN Women platform. Dobrosphera entered the finals.

From February to May 2023, a business accelerator was held, where trainings from mentors from Europe and the USA were presented. A networking network was formed among the participants, a training session and work with a mentor on the final project were held every 2 weeks. Dobrosphera entered 1 of 3 finalists in its subregion, and a colleague with whom we worked during the accelerator became a finalist and went to an in-person pitching in Tallinn.
